Looking at the four major counties in the Upper Valley, overall sales in 2006 were down from 2005. Sales in many markets are expected to pick up in 2007 and get on track for a full turnaround in 2008. With mortgage rates remaining fairly steady, we are anticipating the markets to begin to pick up in 2007.
